Infrastructure and Facilities
To make our products and services available more easily to our valued customers, we have established branches at Abu Dhabi (Mussafah), Dubai and Al Ain. Our facilities in Abu Dhabi are located in the Industrial Area No. 9 of Mussafah. The facilities include central warehouse for machinery and spare parts, and workshops for service and repair works.
Central Stores, Abu Dhabi
The facilities are well planned and state of the art. We take pride in saying that our spare parts stocks cover complete range i.e. fast moving to items of critical nature. This is helping our customers in reducing and avoiding downtime of their machinery.
Our central stores stock spare parts in sufficient quantities in keeping with the engine population.
Workshops, Abu Dhabi
We have well established state of the art workshops. The facilities include from cleaning bay to engine workshops and clean room (dust-free). The workshops are equipped with special tools. Our service personnel are well qualified and factory trained and always updating their skills with constant training programmes being conducted by our principals. The Service Department is supported by fleet of service pickups and mobile workshops. At present three service pickups and two mobile workshops are in operation. Mobile workshops are housed in Toyota minibuses well equipped for service and troubleshooting at site. This fleet strengthens our capacity to reach our customers in the hour of need. We provide 24 Hours service support.
Dubai Branch
Our Dubai branch caters to Dubai and Northern emirates. We have full fledged machinery and spare parts stores and mobile service support. For an effective supply of products and service support, we coordinate movement of men and material between branches.
